Your Athlete Was Removed

From Play, Now What?

For the Coach: Please complete the Injury Incident Report

For the Parent:

1. Check the App to see the Injury Incident Report. If you do not see it, please contact your child's coach.

2. Contact your child's coach to confirm that the proper incident report was completed.

Treatment depends on the type and severity of the injury. Always see your doctor if pain/swelling/bruising persists for more than 24 hours. What you may think is a straightforward sprain may actually be a fractured bone.

Trying to play before the injury is properly healed will only cause further damage and delay recovery. The biggest single risk factor for soft tissue injury is a previous injury. While the injury heals, you can maintain your fitness by choosing forms of exercise that don’t involve that part of your body, if possible.
